The Westin Chicago Lombard

This is the second time we stayed here, the first time was two months ago in Apr. Overall is good but just the paid wifi is a bit discouraging and sometimes the reception of our cell phones was not great in the room. My pillow case has a couple of stains this time so I gave 3 to the cleanliness. Another interesting thing that happened to us both last time and this time is when we booked the room thru trip.com, we chose Away from Lift and Quiet Room option as it is still marked in my bookings. But both times we were given a room closest to the lift… first time was first room out the elevator and this time is one room away from the elevator. This first time we could hear the elevator noise in the room. I wonder if the information sent from trip.com and received by the hotel just doesn’t match.

My family and I stayed at The Westin Lombard over the Fourth of July holiday weekend, and we were thoroughly impressed with both the hotel and the exceptional service provided by the team members we interacted with. Our room was fabulous—spacious, well-appointed, and the terrace was a wonderful bonus, offering beautiful views that we truly appreciated. The property itself is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully organized. We also enjoyed the in-room dining, which consistently met our expectations. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lombard or the surrounding area. It delivers an experience that aligns perfectly with its well-deserved four-star rating. I’d especially like to recognize two standout team members—Bree and Marchanda—whose dedication to guest satisfaction made our stay even more memorable. Their professionalism and warmth were genuinely appreciated by my entire family. The hotel offers ample parking and is conveniently located within walking distance of great shopping. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, The Westin Lombard is an excellent choice.

This was one of our several stays at the Westin Yorktown Mall Hotel in Lombard IL. The hotel continues very nice, well maintained and with excellent services from every employee we had contacts with. We were pleased to be in the same very nice and comfortable suite. Our special thanks to Kenia Izquierdo, who has helped in our reservation process and also in several other requests that we had during our stay. She is always outstanding. The employees: in the reception were helpful and nice. The housekeeping by Rosalba was perfect and very efficient, our special thanks to her It was not able to meet again friend the Bell Captain Ty, but Jimmy has done an excellent job too. In the Coffee Shop it was nice to have the excellent services from Laura and also Paola. We will certainly return here soon.
